Five complex stories of five extraordinary women dramatically intertwine…
Across one long night, in the shadows of an imagined city, five complex stories of five extraordinary women dramatically intertwine through a series of exhilarating interactions that will ultimately leave only two women standing…
An Outsider seeks redemption, a Vigilante roams the streets, a Sociopath collects morbid snapshots, an Innocent drifts aimlessly and a Seductress expertly extracts diverse emotions from her prey…
Like a Thief in the Night weaves five edgy female contemporary circus and theatre performers into a unique projected landscape with an original soundscape, and promises to be a dynamic, dark, atmospheric and visually impactful work.
This production will combine elements of world-class contemporary circus with physical theatre, black humour, clown, classic tease, martial arts and intense theatricality. Without a single word spoken, Damage communicates through the universal language of the body, exploring universal themes of life, love, ethics and what it means to be human.
Wilde Applause is currently seeking investors and additional funding to bring this highly charged, Neo-Noir inspired Narrative Circus work to life.
